Crown Prints Fulfillment Policies

Turn Around Time on Orders:
- All products are manufactured to order. Typical turn around to receipt of your order is 4 to 6 weeks
- Priority and rush delivery is available when required. Priority rush services carry a minimum additional charge of 10%.
- The product is boxed and palletized for shipment via commercial carrier.
- All items are packaged so that they will ship safely to their destination.
- Unless specific instructions are provided at the time of order placement, the shipping department will use best practice when selecting a freight carrier.
- Small package and parcel carriers such as UPS or Fedex are not used to deliver Crown Prints product.
- Special services such as storage, lift gate, restricted delivery hours, etc. must be specified at time of order and carry the additional charges as imposed by the carrier
- Freight charges are NOT included in the purchase price and will be determined at the time of shipment. If you would like a shipping estimate prior to making a purchase please contact us.
- Orders delivered by common carrier will be charged the best-discounted rate negotiated by Crown Prints with our preferred carrier.
- Freight charges will be determined at the time of shipment. Adjustments may be made after the product has been delivered and final freight billing has been received.
- Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted. Other payment options are cashiers check, personal check or money order.
- Upon successful processing of the first order, credit terms may be established.
- Standard credit references will be required for approval of net 30 day terms
- Although Crown Prints has carefully selected the best packaging to protect your product during shipping, some damage occasionally does occur. Crown Prints guarantees all products to final destination.
- If there is visible damage to the shipping carton please make note of this “Concealed Damage” on the bill of lading provided by the common carrier and require the driver to sign the bill of lading acknowledging the damage. Request the delivery personnel to remain on-site until the package has been opened and the product inspected. If the product is not visibly damaged accept the delivery, if any damage is evident please refuse the delivery and contact Crown Prints Customer Service.
- Contact Customer Service at Crown Prints immediately and we will take care of concealed damage claims.
- Customization is available on commercial projects
- Project specific mouldings may be procured on high volume projects
- Pricing will be quoted based on treatment selection, mats, frames etc.
